It's 2012 and every woman is INDEPENDENT! It's a proud title woman are screaming from the mountain tops. We make the same pay (or close to), highly educated, and anything we can't do we most definitely can pull out our OWN American Express and pay for it. But what about the women who are more traditional... Where do they fit in? Are they destined to be "played out like an eight track". I often wonder. In the days of text messaging, social media, and email what happens to the women who appreciates being pursued and courted by a man with late night phone calls and coffee shop dates... Is this still a possibility? And with the new age of the independent woman is it acceptable for a woman to approach a man? How do you compete with the competitiion whom makes it's so apparent when they are interested? Has the timeless coyness of a lady reached it's expiration date??? I often wonder the do's and dont's of being a woman, better yet a lady... I stumble quite often on that balancing beam...
